The Hogan Accreditation workshop delivered by Awair and expertly facilitated by Andrea Facchini was one of the most valuable professional development experiences I’ve had. Andrea created a learning environment that was both intellectually rigorous and highly practical, making it easy to translate the complexities of the HPI, HDS, and MVPI into meaningful, actionable insights. I particularly appreciated the strong emphasis on real-world interpretation and feedback practice, which significantly strengthened my confidence in using Hogan psychometrics to support leadership development. The workshop elevated not only my technical understanding of the assessments but also my ability to apply them with nuance and impact to drive business growth.

My experience of working with Awair GB on Hogan is second to none. The offer of assistance post & pre course was excellent. Even though we swithered about using Hogan or Savile Wave, John Dunthorne was encouraging but not excessively selling the package. We booked, then cancelled & return to considering using Hogan with Awair GB & didn't feel as if we were meant to feel wasting John's time. The instructions & support so far has been brilliant. Facilitated discussions on using the site, the best reports to use for our needs & offer of discussions on feedback planning is also available. I cannot fault Awair GB at all & would recommend this company.
